4th Clapham Park Brownies and 9th Clapham Park Guides enjoyed a weekend at PGL, Windmill Hill in November.
We had a jam packed weekend including BMX, Archery, Abseiling, Climbing, Zip Wire, Aeroball, Challenge Course and the famous Giant Swing (our favourite!!) The weather held off for most of the weekend which meant we were outdoors all the time. We had fireworks from the neighbours one night (which were amazing) and a campfire the next night, and learnt a lot of new songs…
An amazing holiday was had by all and it was a chance for the Brownies and Guides to meet each other and see what other sections get up to! The Guides helped with the evaluation form and all the comments were positive (apart from wanting more time in the shop!!) The next request is to take the Guides away for longer then a weekend…the leaders have been challenged!
