Who We Are!
London South West is part of LaSER Region.
We offer fantastic opportunities for all our girls and leaders both in weekly Guiding and by offering international opportunities.
Our units of Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Rangers cover a wide area of south west London and are grouped into eight districts:

We provide a great programme for all our members!
Our County supports all our members in their weekly programmes whilst also offering a wide range of activity days and large scale overnight and camping events including international trips.
Over the last few years we’ve run
- Lark in the Dark – a 1 night camp for Brownies at Cudham Campsite,
- Go for Gold – a weekend camp for Guides and Rangers and a very successful
- Thinking Day – sleepover for all sections at the Oval Cricket Ground.
Our international trips members have traveled to Romania, Croatia, Haiti, Japan and Peru (to name a few).
Closer to home we have held boating days, London adventures and outdoor skills days.

Our Joint County Commissioners
Barbara & Caitlin
Hello! We are Barbara and Caitlin, joint county commissioners for London South West. We were honoured to take up the post in April 2024 and are excited to spend the next five years supporting our amazing team of leaders and volunteers as they deliver fantastic opportunities and a wonderful Girlguiding experience to the young people in the LSW area.
We are a part of Girguiding, the UK’s largest youth organisation dedicated completely to girls between the ages of 4-18. London South West is a great place to be involved in guiding. We pride ourselves on being a welcoming County that creates an engaging and safe environment for our young members
There are lots of fun and flexible ways for adult volunteers to get involved in guiding too. No previous experience with guiding needed. Whatever your skills or interests, whether its volunteering with girls directly or supporting behind the scenes, we’d love for you to join us!
